    Our Promise

    We want you to love your Wellnested Breeze. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


    What We Accept

    We accept returns on items that are opened but undamaged — meaning the product has been unboxed and handled, but shows no signs of physical damage, misuse, or modification.

    We do not accept returns on items that are:

    • Physically damaged after delivery
    • Modified or tampered with
    • Returned without original packaging

    How to Start a Return

    1. Email us at Hello@Wellnested.store within 30 days of delivery
    2. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason
    3. We'll confirm your return is eligible and send you the return address
    4. Ship the item back at your own cost using a trackable shipping method
    5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

    Shipping Costs

    Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service — Wellnested is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

    Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


    Refunds

    Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear.


    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your Breeze arrives damaged or defective, we'll cover it completely. Email us at Hello@Wellnested.store with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
