Where We Ship

Wellnested currently ships to the United States only, including all 50 states.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery is 5–8 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees — occasional carrier delays may occur outside of our control.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on all orders over $70. Orders under $70 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, contact us at Hello@Wellnested.store.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:

1. Check with neighbors and any secure drop locations
2. Contact your local carrier with your tracking number
3. Reach out to us at Hello@Wellnested.store — we'll do our best to help resolve the situation

Wellnested is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, or for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at Hello@Wellnested.store. We can only make changes before your order has been processed. Once shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
